Generation Victory 3.0: Results of the GoGlobal Mentoring Program
13.01.2026
In December 2025, the final stage of the Generation Victory 3.0 mentoring program, implemented by CEMARK in partnership with the GoGlobal educational foundation, took place.
The program participants were 50 10th-grade students from the Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, and Odesa regions. Over the course of three months, they got acquainted with the real world of professions, worked on themselves, and formed a vision of their own future.
During the program, participants:
worked in teams and communicated with mentors;
developed emotional intelligence;
received career counseling;
underwent intensive career guidance;
learned about real business, in particular during visits to CEMARK enterprises;
attended a training camp in Zakarpattia with educational, creative, and sports activities.
The end of the program was the logical culmination of this journey — a moment when knowledge, practical experience, and lively communication came together to form a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities that already exist in Ukraine today.
Mykhailo Bechkalo, Country Strategy & Growth Director at CRH in Ukraine, summed up the main idea of the project: "Thanks to this mentoring program, young people have the opportunity to see real production, real things that you cannot see at a school desk. Many communities have modern enterprises working nearby, but they are often unaware of these opportunities.
It is important for children to see that it is possible to have an interesting job and earn a decent living not only in an office, but also in a factory. And that you don't have to go somewhere else to find work — there are opportunities in Ukraine.
